We produce Automotive quality Diesel and Gasoline from 100% waste material such as plastic, used burned oil, achieving this through the installation of two production lines (Pyrolysis and Distillation) that can work online or independently.
In addition to the fuel, other byproducts that can be traded are obtained, such as black carbon, steel wire and noncondensable gas (part is used in the same process)

Process Flow In Production Of Alternative Fuel

    Collection Of Waste Materials

    Waste Materials such as plastics, oil, garbage, saline bottles, syringes, hoses are collected in a large amount and used for our pyrolysis. Plastics are synthetic organic materials produced by polymerization. Normally these are recycled to form pellets and reused to make carry bags, other plastic products. Hence, to avoid reuse and polluting the atmosphere we collect these plastics and end their life cycle by using them in the production of Alternative Fuel.

    Pyrolysis Process

    Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of materials at elevated temperatures in an inert atmosphere. It involves a change of chemical composition.Pyrolysis is the thermal degradation of plastic waste at different temperatures (300–900°C), in the absence of oxygen, to produce liquid oil. Different kinds of catalysts are used to improve the pyrolysis process of plastic waste overall and to enhance process efficiency. Catalysts have a very critical role in promoting process efficiency, targeting the specific reaction and reducing the process temperature and time. The liquid fuel obtained from the pyrolysis process cannot be directly used as fuel, due to the presence of impurities (ash) and wax from the feedstock. Hence, the purification of the pyrolysis products will be conducted using distillation bubble cap tray column which reduces the ash and wax content in fuel products.

    Distillation Process

    Pyrolysis oil is made up of a mixture of hydrocarbons, and the distillation process aims to separate this pyrolysis oil into broad categories of its component hydrocarbons or "fractions". This Crude oil is first heated and then put into a distillation column, also known as a still, where different products boil off and are recovered at different temperatures.

    Catalyst Used

    The catalyst used in the pyrolysis of plastics definitely influences the product. The most commonly used catalysts in the literature for plastic waste pyrolysis includes silica alumina, zeolites (beta, USY, ZSM-5, REY, clinoptilolite, etc.), and MCM-41.
